The McClure story begins in a small town in western Oklahoma, inside a local funeral home.
Bill McClure was raised in the funeral business. His father and mother owned and operated McClure Funeral Homes, serving families with dignity, responsibility, and a deep sense of community obligation. From an early age, Bill learned what it meant to run a real business — one built on trust, long hours, accountability, and being there for people when it mattered most.
That experience shaped everything that followed.
The funeral business teaches discipline. It teaches respect. It teaches that reputation is earned one family at a time. Those values became the foundation for every company that came after.
